Professional Services of Funeral Director and Staff

$1,895.00

Our basic service charge includes, but is not limited to, staff to respond to initial request for service; arrangement conference with family or responsible party; preparation and filing of necessary certificates and permits; placement of obituary notices; planning of funeral arrangements; and coordination of service with cemetery, crematory, vault companies, casket companies and others as required. Also included in this charge are overhead expenses relative to our facility such as insurance, maintenance and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative costs, equipment and inventory expenses.

This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangement that you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving of remains).

Embalming of Remains

$ 995.00

Specialized care and handling of the deceased including professional preservation, restoration including supplies used therein.

*Embalming is not an exact science and results may be adversely impacted by a number of factors. Except in certain cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with a viewing of the remains. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.
